HOW DO I BOOK ACCOMMODATION AT THE HOTEL FOR THE 2024 ANNUAL CONFERENCE?
ALL Individual booking reservations paying by credit card must be booked online by clicking here:

PLEASE NOTE:
1) Dates must fall within contracted arrival and departure dates.
2) You must use the group/block code: OASN24
3) The Group Reservation Cut Off Date is 3/21/2024 (must book on or before this date).
4) The room cost is: Standard rooms with 2 queen beds or 1 King Bed (limited) @ $129+tax per night.
Important Information:
Advanced first night payment is due at the time of booking. Individuals paying by company/government check must book individually with a reservationist by calling 419-627-2106.
If rooms are not available at Sawmill Creek, additional lodging can be found at Rodeway Inn Huron, 2119 W. Cleveland Rd, Huron Ohio 44839 This Inn is adjacent to Sawmill Creek and is within walking distance. To secure rooms there, please call 419-433-5359. Ask for Sunny. Let him know you are with the Nurses Conference at Sawmill Creek. Our attendees will be placed near each other on the same floor for convenience. Room rates will be verified at time of reservation.

WHAT MEALS WILL BE AVAILABLE?
A simple grab and go breakfast is included Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Full lunch is included Friday and Saturday. Drinks and snacks are available Friday and Saturday.
