Friday Night Reception!
Join us to Celebrate Our Bright Future as School Nurses and the successes of two nominees for awards this year, our School Nurse of the Year and our School Nurse Administrator of the Year! Virginia Shaffer, MS, BSN, RN,Ohio Department of Education and Workforce Licensed School Nurse, is this year's award recipient of the OASN School Nurse of the Year. Mary Schatz, MSN,RN,Ohio Department of Education and Workforce Licensed School Nurse is this year's recipient of the OASN School Nurse Administrator of the year Award.
After a long day of learning, we hope you will join the celebration! There will be a cash bar, great appetizers, door prizes for attendees, and time to relax. There will also be a chance to purchase tickets for our basket raffle.
Come meet with old friends and welcome our new school nurses and colleagues. Weather permitting, we may be in the Courtyard.

Our 51st Endowment Event!
Seats are limited for this event!
The reservation cost is $50.00. It includes transportation to and from Firelands Winery, a tour of the winery to learn all about the wine making process, 4 wine tastings of your choice with a complimentary surprise tasting (choice of Firelands). You will also receive a souvenir glass and get to enjoy a charcuterie board.
Transportation will depart the conference center at two times: 5:30pm or 6:00pm. Please select one of those times when you register. There are 20 seats available at each time.We will return to the conference center about 9pm. Registration for this event is capped at 40 due limited seating on the bus.
Please only sign up for the event if you intend on going to the winery. We want to make sure everyone can have a seat on the bus that is wanting and planning to go. Otherwise, feel free to make a generous donation to our endowment fund to keep conferences going for years to come!
$20.00 of the reservation goes to the unrestricted portion of the OASN Endowment Fund, which helps to offset speaker fees for the annual conference.

Annual Magical Endowment Raffle
Members from across the state, have been collecting items all year to create a room full of items offered in a Chinese Auction, putting as many tickets as you want to win an item. There will be 5 large baskets, each contributed by a region and numerous items donated by members.

50/50 raffle
There will be two raffles, one on Friday and one on Saturday, that will run throughout the day. Winners will be drawn at the end of each conference day. Winnings will be distributed at the time of the drawing.

Lucky Coin Grab
Purchase a gold coin for $10.00(Cash only) and pick a numbered light bulb, then choose a gift that matches the number on the light bulb. Secret Prizes!!!! For everyone. Grand prize $100.00!!
Important
The Hotel is a credit card only site. Please be sure to bring cash to participate in the raffles, and other fundraising events.
If you bring address labels, filling out tickets will go a little faster. Tables will be set up near registration to purchase tickets. Look for roaming volunteers also throughout the day.
Everything collected will generate revenue for our General Endowment fund.
